With 40 years of construction experience Terry started his career in 1974 as an apprentice carpenter working his way up the ranks to journeyman, superintendent and project manager and then opening Kramer Enterprises in 2003.

As senior management he has lead a diverse array of projects throughout the western United States. Projects have ranged from, medical, detention, industrial, laboratories, multi – use, light commercial, transit, retail, high rise, waste water and tenant improvement. He has successfully completed in excess of 1 billion dollars of projects.

Terry’s expertise in project development, budgeting, estimating, scheduling and design review has made Kramer Enterprises a premier company in providing our clients the knowledge that their projects will be under budget and on time. It has also allowed KEI to provide non-typical pre-construction services such as land acquisition, re-zoning services, governmental permitting and value engineering.
